Chat

The chat feature allows users to chat with the AI to generate vision statements. The system will use the user's assessment values and the user's goals to generate a vision statement. The more detailed the user's values and goals, the better the vision statement will be.

This feature is available to Advisors only.

You must be logged in to complete the following steps.

New Vision Statement Workflow

New Vision Statements are created are initiated by the Advisor from the Assessment Details page.

1. Click on the App navigation tab.
2. Click the Values navigation tab.
3. Select the assessment from the table list.
4. Click the Generate Vision Statement button.
5. The system will use the user's assessment values and the user's goals to initiate a new chat.
6. Use the chat window to interact with the AI to refine the vision statement.
7. Click the Save Vision button to save the vision statement to the client record.

Refining Vision Statements

Vision Statements can be modified from the Client Details page. The latest vision statement is displayed on the client Summary tab. Any previous vision statements are displayed below the latest vision statement.

1. Select the Vision ID with the status Latest.
2. Click the AI Chat button to open the chat window.
3. Use the chat window to interact with the AI to refine the vision statement.
4. Click the Save Vision button to save the vision statement to the client record.
