Goals Details

Client View​

As a logged in client, you have the ability to view the goals your advisor has defined. If you need to make any changes to the goals details, please work with your advisor to make any updates.

Advisor View​

From the advisor view, you have the ability to perform the following actions for your client's goals:

Add Goals​

After adding the first objectives for your client, you have the ability to add additional objectives to your client goals. Use the Add Goal button located in the botton left of the page to create new objectives.

Edit Objectives​

Each objective card provides the ability to edit the goal details. Clicking the Edit button on the card will present the advisor with the option to add additional details for the objectives.

Delete Objectives​

If an objective is no longer applicable, you have the ability to remove the objective from the goals. Selecting the Delete button on the objective card will present you with a prompt to confirm your choice to remove the objective. Deleting an objective will not change the status of the goals and will not affect the details of the other objectives in the goals.

Goals must have at least one objective. Attempting to delete the last remaining objective is not permitted

Rank Priorities​

Each objective card has the ability to be reordered on the page to rank their priorities. Simply click and hold to move the cards up or down to update the priority of the objectives.

Archive Goals​

If all objectives in the goals are no longer applicable, you have the ability to archive the records. This will place a status of Archived on the goals and effectively hide them from the viewing in the system. You have the ability to continue to search and view archived goals.

Use the Archive button located in the top right of the page.

Apply Changes​

When you are satisfied with your changes to the goals, select the Apply button to save your changes.

Cancel Changes​

If you wish to cancel your changes, clicking the Cancel button will revert all changes and return you to the manage goals page.
